hum-mana hum-man

sweet!!!

The Leap Year

Yeah I know I no blog long long time and gonna go missing wiht mum's op coming up and my medical thingy coming up

Back to today's topic

See we human are not perfect, there is nothing as perfection hence the leap year lol

A person who was born on February 29 may be called a "leapling". In non-leap years they may celebrate their birthday on 28 February or 1 March.

Although the modern calendar counts a year as 365 days, a complete revolution around the sun takes approximately 365 days and 6 hours. Every four years, an extra twenty-four hours have accumulated, so one extra day is added to that calendar to keep the count coordinated with the sun's apparent position.

Kind of funky to be born today

Graham Colton Band - Best Days

Graham Colton - Best Days

With everything I've ever done,
I'd give it all to everyone for one more day
Another night I'm waking through, another door I walk into
I can't break
It's a winding road, it's a long way home

So don't wait for someone to tell you its too late
Cause these are the best days
There's always something tomorrow
So I'll say lets make the best of tonight
Here comes the rest of our lives.

I count the steps, the distance to the time when it was me and you, so far gone.
Another face, another friend, another place, another end.
But I'll play on
And its a winding road, and it's a long way home.

So don't wait for someone to tell you its too late
Cause these are the best days
Theres always something tomorrow
So I'll say lets make the best of tonight
Yeah let's make the best of tonight
Here comes the rest of our lives.
The rest of our lives.

It's a winding road
It's a long way home

So don't wait for someone to tell you it's too late
Cause these are the best days
Theres always something tomorrow
So I'll say lets make the best of it

So don't wait cause no one can tell you it's too late.
Cause these are the best days
Theres always tomorrow
So I'll say lets make the best of tonight
Lets make the best of tonight
We'll make the best of tonight
Here comes the rest of our lives

I think that this song is about someone trying to tell his friends that sometimes, although things don't always go as planned, it's important to remember that time spent with friends is the best. It's also saying not to hold back and just go with your feelings, never be discouraged to say what you think.
It also seems like a song about going away and it is the last night he will be seeing these people for a while so they should just make the most of everything and remember all the great times shared.

Reward for the pain

Now now Brother Jen invited me for a seafood binge at the expense of a training session so I turned it down and rewarded my self with Abang Joe's Burger Ayam double special hahaha

Week 2 Session 2

Yeah thats the mental spirit for the 1st 20 minutes then its Oh god Oh F$%k Oh s@#t

So last week was week one this is week two, I am stepping up slowly again a 90 minute session punctuated with break started playing on an over lapping position, warm up prior to that was shorter but more endurance, decided to push my self side step back jog, short sprints.... ouch... really ouch.

My back was hurting a little more to weight distribution then the actual exercise. hahah

I open the floodgates on the 3rd half with a typical poachers goal ball driven across the side line and crossed the face of the goal and diving yes dun faint I dived and drive the ball into the goal.

The plus point we played in the rain...... god that felt good

I still do have aches this morning but not as bad as last week, I am to have a stretching and light session on Fri before hitting the pool in the weekend. Time to get wet

CNY Celebrations

As regulars to a watering hole from time to time you get invited for functions and launches and activities, the last one was the Sultan of Selangor Book Launch this times was the CNY celebrations.

The food was awesome ( bearing in mind I started my training last week and suddenly I am having a food fest one occasion after another) I finally got to try peking duck, liquor was free flow but my and the gang stuck to wine.

There were the bands that were playing, lots of short skirts (hum-mana hum-mana hum-mana hum-mana) they even had a troupe form China performing the spinning plates and sword stuff, excellent, the gang did not stay long we left by 8.30pm having one for the road

My good buddy's shop - Barista Babe

From the time I have been online I have known this babe now got new name Barista Babe woh

hahaha Kristy my fren has a cafe and it was covered in the NST yesterday, Way to go Babe

Briefly - Tucked within the Thamesa furniture store on Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Common Grounds appears at first like a secret alcove you might stumble upon on a lucky jaunt.

.....The coffee does seem different from elsewhere, Common Grounds uses a blend they chose for its more relaxed flavour and creamy, smooth consistency.

As I looked around thinking about the book I’d have to bring with me next time, it struck me as I was leaving that the cafe has the most important element of any quiet hideaway — it feels a little bit like home for the soul.

The irony I have not even gone to the place with ym work and travel being what it is, so anyone wanna go grab me pls NOTE Tall hunky guys please do not follow me.

Going Rambo in PNG

Everybody's favorite Vietnam vet with post-traumatic stress disorder is back. lol way a way to kick start

Rambo is a series of popular action films starring Sylvester Stallone, based on the characters created by David Morrell in his novel First Blood.

The films are: First Blood (1982), Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985), Rambo III (1988), and Rambo (2008). The films focus on a troubled Vietnam War veteran, John James Rambo, who is greatly skilled in all aspects of survival, weaponry, hand-to-hand combat and guerrilla warfare.

In summary the movie was about home coming

At the beginning of this film, Rambo is residing in Thailand. He is approached by a group of missionaries who want him to transport them to Burma. He initially declines, but is convinced by another missionary, Sarah, to take them up there. While traveling, a group of pirates stop them and demand Sarah in exchange for passage. After negotiations fail, Rambo kills the pirates. Another missionary, Michael, says that they will be coming back on land and will not need his assistance.

When the missionaries fail to return, their pastor comes to Rambo and asks him for assistance in guiding mercenaries to rescue the villagers. Rambo obliges. The rescue mission goes well until the Burmese army realizes that their hostages are gone and recaptures most of them. Rambo hijacks a .50-caliber truck-mounted gun and successfully defeats the army, but at the end only two missionaries, Sarah, and Michael are alive. In the last scene of the movie, Rambo returns to the United States to a farm with the words R. Rambo on the mailbox.

First Blood (its a long road) is one of the great action movies of all time. The latest RAMBO would blow your mind. The direction is amazing; frankly did not expect any action in this 60+ old actor's beefed up muscles movie. The direction is first class. Stallone has actually established the villain to be very violent, brutal commander that we actually wish every second that he should be killed as brutally as possible. The action scenes were so brutal that there were lot of "aaarghh" in the theater even the one sitting beside me cringed. The way the bullets drive through the bodies in the climax was pretty gore. In the end very well directed movie with lots of bullets flying around. I wish to narrate some scenes here but they have to be watched on screen to get the feel. Must watch for every one who are strong at heart.

Chilling out with Karl

Tomato Story

U Will Know What Is Better When It Comes To Earning Money

Tomato Story

A Jobless man applied for the position of "office boy" at Microsoft.

The HR manager interviewed him then watched him cleaning the floor as a test..

"You are employed" he said. Give me your e-mail address and I'll send you the application to fill in, as well as date when you may start.

The man replied "But I don't have a computer, neither an email".

"I'm sorry", said the HR manager. If you don't have an email, that means you do not exist. And who doesn't exist, cannot have the job."

The man left with no hope at all. He didn't know what to do, with only $10 in his pocket. He then decided to go to the supermarket and buy a 10Kg tomato crate.

He then sold the tomatoes in a door to door round. In less than two hours,

he succeeded to double his capital. He repeated the operation three times,

and returned home with $60.

The man realized that he can survive by this way, and started to go everyday earlier, and return late. Thus, his money doubled or tripled everyday.

Shortly, he bought a cart, then a truck, and then he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles.

5 years later, the man is one of the biggest food retailers in the US ....

He started to plan his family's future, and decided to have a life insurance.

He called an insurance broker, and chose a protection plan.

When the conversation was concluded the broker asked him his email.

The man replied,"I don't have an email."

The broker answered curiously, "You don't have an email, and yet have succeeded to build an empire. Can you imagine what you could have been if you had an e mail?!!" The man thought for a while and replied, "Yes, I'd be an office boy at Microsoft!"

Moral of the story

Moral 1

Internet is not the solution to your life.

Moral 2

If you don't have Internet, and work hard, you can be a millionaire.

Moral 3

If you received this message by email,

you are closer to being a office boy/girl,than a millionaire. ......... :)

Sight seeing in Penang is also nice for the 1st time I visited the Botanical Garden and they got more monkeys then TC.
