I Love Egg curry

In one of my train ride to the city ass I sat beside my regular TP out came the conversation of Egg Curry which she happen to take to work, after riling her up that she did not bring some for me and driving the guilty feeling to the max I launched into a challange that I would make my own or rather my mom would lol...

, like a bulb lighting up above my head I had instant flashback...as I reached home told mummy dearest been a long time since she made Muttai kulambu hahahaha

She did ask what prompted me to have the sudden desire for it.... I narrated to her what happened with me and TP. So came the very Friday she made a pot full yum yum with plain white rice and just this I was in heaven... unfortunately I could not show TP on the way to work on Monday coz I had finished it all...anyway there is always next time

No Christmas & No New Year Spirit

As the year ended, no matter how I try, I can't get into the Christmas spirit or the New Year feel into me. I feel like it's been programmed out of me, I was several Christmas parties, wrapped gifts, sent out cards, went to malls, watch carolling, went to hotels and listened to Christmas music, but I feel nothing. Everything feels like normal even the New Year was plain....

Dairy -Pimp

As with the year end in 2008, we had people searching for calendars, dairies, new year resolutions, bonuses as such I was under tremendous pressure lol to deliver a nice classy dairy I became a dairy pimp!!!

Searched high and low up and down and finally got my hands on a reputable dairy and delivered to a very very satisfied buddy of mine... not to mention my year end corporate gifts....

hahaha in return I had the pleasure of having my "Ginger" Chicken Rice and our yak-kati-yak session with him

The Bucket List

The Bucket List is a 2007 comedy-drama film written by Justin Zackham, directed by Rob Reiner, and starring Jack Nicholson, Morgan Freeman, Sean Hayes, Beverly Todd, and Rob Morrow. The story follows two terminally ill men (Nicholson and Freeman) on a road trip with a wish list of things to do before they "kick the bucket."

The Bucket List was a very heartwarming movie. I thought that The Bucket List had so much meaning to it. Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson worked so amazing together. Morgan Freeman probably did his best job he has ever done before. He didn't over act or anything like that, he did everything so perfect. Jack Nicholson did a great job as well. He always plays a great part in every movie he plays in. I loved some of the ideas they put in the bucket list. It was a very sad story. The story was so good though, having two men dying of cancer and just wanting to live their last few months to the fullest. The two men's last dying wishes are to make a bucket list. What the two men want to do is everything that they never had a chance to and they want to do before they die. It was great acting and had some great messages in it.

When I saw the trailer I knew I had to get the DVD. I sat down to watch this movie I was surprised to find how well done it actually was. I loved that the horribly serious moments were spotted with humor and vice versa, but what I loved more was the messages behind the movie, a lesson believe we have all forgotten to learn, but its the moments of its simplest innocence that make it so profound, whether it be when Jack Nicholson is discussing his daughter, or finally knocking on her door, to the moment of Morgan Freeman's family dinner, to when he's nervously fidgeting in his room while waiting for his wife to come, the innocence and the simplicity of these characters shows through making them that much more endearing, for though we may not know what its like to be dying of some illness, most of us can relate in some way to one of those moments. That is why this movie is simply amazing, it takes the most cliché plot line, most overused characters and makes them human again, and make them relatable to its audience. This movie is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone.

The "Bucket List"

1. Witness something truly majestic
2. Help a complete stranger for a common good
3. Laugh till I cry
4. Drive a Shelby Mustang
5. Kiss the most beautiful girl in the world
6. Get a tattoo
7. Skydiving
8. Visit Stonehenge
9. Spend a week at the Louvre
10. See Rome
11. Dinner at La Cherie d'Or
12. See the Pyramids
13. Get back in touch (previously "Hunt the big cat")
14. Visit Taj Mahal, India
15. Hong Kong
16. Victoria Falls
17. Serengeti
18. Ride the Great Wall of China

Edward delivers a eulogy at his funeral, explaining that he and Carter had been complete strangers mere months before his death, but that the last three months of Carter's life were the best three months of his (Edward's) life. He then crosses "help a complete stranger for a common good" off the list. This list item was one that Carter added. Edward says Carter had helped him (Edward), a complete stranger, with Carter knowing it before he (Edward) did. We see Edward finally attempt to reconcile with his daughter. Much to his surprise and joy, she not only accepts him back into her life but also introduces him to the granddaughter he never knew he had. After greeting his granddaughter with a kiss on the cheek, Edward crosses "kiss the most beautiful girl in the world" off the list.

Rock on

Revelation

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

In fairness, in ambiguity in black and in white

Jake Tyler Brigance: [in his summation, talking about Tonya Hailey] I want to tell you a story. I'm going to ask you all to close your eyes while I tell you the story. I want you to listen to me. I want you to listen to yourselves. Go ahead. Close your eyes, please. This is a story about a little girl walking home from the grocery store one sunny afternoon. I want you to picture this little girl. Suddenly a truck races up. Two men jump out and grab her. They drag her into a nearby field and they tie her up and they rip her clothes from her body. Now they climb on. First one, then the other, raping her, shattering everything innocent and pure with a vicious thrust in a fog of drunken breath and sweat. And when they're done, after they've killed her tiny womb, murdered any chance for her to have children, to have life beyond her own, they decide to use her for target practice. They start throwing full beer cans at her. They throw them so hard that it tears the flesh all the way to her bones. Then they urinate on her. Now comes the hanging. They have a rope. They tie a noose. Imagine the noose going tight around her neck and with a sudden blinding jerk she's pulled into the air and her feet and legs go kicking. They don't find the ground. The hanging branch isn't strong enough. It snaps and she falls back to the earth. So they pick her up, throw her in the back of the truck and drive out to Foggy Creek Bridge. Pitch her over the edge. And she drops some thirty feet down to the creek bottom below. Can you see her? Her raped, beaten, broken body soaked in their urine, soaked in their semen, soaked in her blood, left to die. Can you see her? I want you to picture that little girl. Now imagine she's white.

We Will Go Home (Song of Exile) - King Arthur

You could feel this song in every vibe... just found the clip... nice way to start the year

Land of bear and
Land of eagle
Land that gave us birth and blessing
Land that pulled us ever homewards
We will go home across the mountains

We will go home, we will go home
We will go home, across the mountains
We will go home, we will go home
We will go home, singing our song

Hear our singing,
Hear our longing
We will go home across the mountains

We will go home, we will go home
We will go home, across the mountains
We will go home, we will go home
We will go home, we will go - home.

Me singing ;)
