I have heard of this place and the pork knuckle was the best and even better FREE!!! WE just pay for the drinks. Sometime is nice to have a good boss. Sometimes only
Why is it the best?
“The pork knuckle is prepared by boiling it in beer for about two hours and then roasting it before it is once again sprinkled with beer and served hot,’’ he said.
The knuckle is roasted to evaporate the excess beer in the meat, giving it the right texture and flavour.
The pork knuckle is then served hot with roasted red onions, German fries and beer sauce.
In the end it was an awesome dinenr, belly full, company not to shabby and what the heck I did not have to drive. hahaha
