We lose our most important relationship or had lost it years before. It can crush us with depression, flood us with anger, overwhelm us with scary changes and decisions, new responsibilities, economic hardships, questions about "What do I want to do?" and on and on. This leads you into a spiral. When you start having added baggage like family, in-laws, children, it is compounded 10 folds over.There are profoundly guilty, in turmoil, and feel helpless or embarrassed. It isn't bout guilty but is hurt and shamed by failure and abandonment.
When everyone around you does not allow you to divorce and even to saperate, drastic measures (working measures) to make it happen. With those measures, you have to make sacrifices sometimes its painful. There are time when you are compared and wear a mask so people cant see in you, deep inside there can be no 2 same situation but society never sees it that way.
Many guys find themselves beginning a new life as separated fathers with little or no support from friends or family. They are under prepared for the difficulties they face, become isolated, fail as separated fathers, and experience problems at work and in their personal lives.
A Prayer For My Son Build me a son, O Lord,
who will be strong enough to know when he is weak,
and brave enough to face himself when he is afraid;
one who will be proud and unbending in honest defeat,
and humble and gentle in victory…
Give him humility, so that he may always remember the simplicity of true greatness,
the open mind of true wisdom, and the meekness of true strength.
Then I, his father, will dare to whisper, "I have not lived in vain."
-General Douglas MacArthur

Dangerous stuff...
Whatever happened to fortitude, forgiveness...
Whatever happened to "happily ever after"
Whatever happened to LOVE?
Is mankind DOOMED to be a failure of love?
Are we relying on our natural animal instincts nowadays? Rut and move on?
indeed my friend indeed
