Based on her mother’s name, Hanuman is sometimes called as Anjaneya, that is, one born of Anjana. His father’s name was Vayu. According to Hindu mythology, Vayu is the god of winds. Hanuma’s image shows him as a strong man with the face of a monkey. He also has a tail.

Why a good head??

Good head enchants. It teases the eyes, inviting the curious to explore the unknown. The texture of head varies as much as the stars in the sky. Head can be rocky and voluminous, billowing up above the edge of the glass, or smooth and creamy, made of tightly knit bubbles. At times it may be loose and foamy. It can be as white as the snows on Mount Kilimanjaro, or as tawny and tan as the Girl from Ipanema.

Does it serve a purpose? What constitutes good head on beer? How does it form?

Those who analyze beer insist that head is a necessary part of the beer experience. When served in glassware that has been properly cleaned and is of the correct shape, head will hold the delicate aromatics within the beer, and release them gently for your olfactory pleasure. Gases that live within bubbles that form the head will affect mouthfeel, creating sensations that differ on your tongue. When formed as a result of the natural carbon dioxide created by the action of yeast, bubbles will feel more tingly and effervescent than the creamy ones infused with a mix of carbon dioxide and nitrogen. Each style demands its own type of head, or rather, the proteins in barley or wheat malt, coupled with bittering hops, will determine the outcome of the head for each style.

Enough information for a day hehehehe

Life Is A Gift

Today before you think of saying an unkind word -
Think of someone who can't speak.
Before you complain about the taste of your food -
Think of someone who has nothing to eat.
Before you complain about your husband or wife -
Think of someone who's crying out to God for a companion.
Today before you complain about life -
Think of someone who went too early to heaven.
Before you complain about your children -
Think of someone who desires children but they're barren.
Before you argue about your dirty house, someone didn't clean or sweep -
Think of the people who are living in the streets.
Before whining about the distance you drive -
Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.
And when you are tired and complain about your job -
Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had
your job.
But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another -
Remember that not one of us are without sin and we all answer to one
maker.
And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down -
Put a smile on your face and thank God you're alive and still around.

Life is a gift, Live it, Enjoy it, Celebrate it, AND fulfill it.

One for the road

A kindergarten class had a homework assignment to find out about something exciting and relate it to the class the next day. When the time came to present what they'd found, the first little boy walked up to the front of the class made a small white dot on the blackboard and sat back down. Puzzled, the teacher asked him just what it was.

"It's a period,'' said the little boy.

"Well, I can see that,'' she said, ''but what is so exciting about a period?''

''Damned if I know,'' said the little boy, ''but this morning my sister was missing one, Daddy had a heart attack, Mommy fainted, and the man next door shot himself."

Confusing Chinese Names

Caller : Hello, can I speak to Annie Wan (anyone)?

Operator : Yes, you can speak to me.

Caller : No, I want to speak to Annie Wan (anyone)!

Operator : You are talking to someone! Who is this?

Caller : I'm Sam Wan (Someone). And I need to talk to Annie Wan (anyone)! It's urgent.

Operator : I know you are someone and you want to talk to anyone! But what's this urgent matter about?

Caller : Well... just tell my sister Annie Wan (anyone) that our brother Noel Wan (no one)has involved in an accident. Noel Wan (no one)got injured and now Noel Wan (no one) is being sent to the hospital. Right now, Avery Wan (everyone) is on his way to the hospital.

Operator : Look if no one was injured and n o one was sent to the hospital, then the accident isn't an urgent matter! You may find this hilarious but I don't have time for this!

Caller : You are so rude! Who are you?

Operator : I'm Saw Lee (Sorry).

Caller : Yes! You should be sorry. Now give me your name!!!

Wow wow wow clap clap clap

The last time I went to a Cinema and the crowd clapped their hands was at Transformers, this one all of us clapped hands. awesome

Wow. Just wow. This... this piece of art... its PHENOMENAL!! From the scale, to the acting, the atmosphere, the music, the action, it's all art. I have not experienced this level of greatness in the cinema for a long time especially as long as a Tamil movie (2 and a half hours). This film is the darkest Batman, as well as one of the darkest, violent and gripping films, ever made.

The real star of the show is the late and great Heath Ledger, who steals almost every scene he's in as the villainous Joker. I can HONESTLY tell you that: as good as Jack Nicholson was in Batman'89 he is CHILD'S PLAY compared to this Joker.

This Joker is not like the other renditions; he is the best. Downright evil, corrupt, insane, psychotic, terrifying. In every sense of those aforementioned words. More scary than funny, he shows audiences the Joker is undoubtedly Batman's most nefarious foe and his perfect nemesis, challenging him all the way. With a cynical smile, he proclaims in a scene where Batman is a freak to the public, like the Joker himself.

In short, it's a masterpiece. One that will knock you out of your seat. It is the best Batman film ever, the best superhero film ever and the best film of 2008 thus far.

Why so serious!!!!!!!

Hydra

In Greek mythology, the Lernaean Hydra was an ancient nameless serpent-like chthonic water beast that possessed numerous heads and poisonous breath

The Hydra of Lerna was killed by Hercules as one of his Twelve Labours. Its lair was the lake of Lerna in the Argolid, Beneath the waters was an entrance to the Underworld, and the Hydra was its guardian

Both Movies Rocked

Hell boy

Hellboy II: The Golden Army is certainly a notch or two above the first one. In fact, it was, in my opinion, about as good as action/adventure/fantasy movies get.

The action in this movie is a whole lot better, it was more intense and was a lot more fun to watch. The comedy was great, laughed many times during the movie. The visuals were by far the best, lots of things to look at, looks of very stimulating imagery.

I say it again and again the fight scenes between Nuala and Hell boy and other were awesome

Handcock

It stars Will Smith as Hancock, Jason Bateman as Ray Embrey, and Charlize Theron as Ray Embrey's wife, Mary Embrey. The plot is about Hancock, who is an alcoholic badass with super powers, who doesn't care about what anyone thinks of him. In fact, even though he tries to help people, is hated. When he saves Ray Embrey's life, Ray wants to help Hancock become a real superhero, and be loved by people.

The plot was great. It outdid the action, and it outdoes many other superhero films, for me. It's a simple plot, until the "twist" in the film is revealed, during the second half. The twist is a bit complicated, and it is not all revealed in one scene, but rather throughout the second half. One thing it reveals, while not the only thing, is the origins of Hancock.

Sit Back and ...

After a roller coaster few weeks of traveling and working and drinking ahem ahem which included an unscheduled Bak Kut Teh on a Sunday morning ( more on that later) the time had come for the Vadai to take a few days off sit back and watch a movie.

So today, it popcorn, coke and a single seat to watch back to back movies and catch up with what the latest on the market.

On the sidelines I heard makcik is making an appearance!!! could it be true!!!

There are heroes… there are superheroes… and then there’s Hancock (Will Smith). With great power comes great responsibility — everyone knows that — everyone, that is, but Hancock. Edgy, conflicted, sarcastic, and misunderstood, Hancock’s well-intentioned heroics might get the job done and save countless lives, but always seem to leave jaw-dropping damage in their wake.

Hellboy is a demon who finds himself fighting for the U.S. government and himself against dark forces, in a series of tales that have their roots in both folklore and pulp fiction, battling a range of enemies from Nazis to Baba Yaga.

A demon whose true name is Anung un Rama, Hellboy was brought to Earth as an infant by Nazi occultists. He was rescued by the Allied Forces, and raised by the U.S.A.'s Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (BPRD). Hellboy grew up to be a large, red-skinned demon with a tail, horns (which he files off, leaving behind the signature circular stumps on his forehead), and an oversized right hand made of stone.

The Click 5 - Empty.

Ironically one of my best pal is going thru this phase now, it s a nice song with numbing but better work that numb then the falseness of empty promises

Everything works out eventually

The Click 5 - Empty.

Tried to take a picture, Of love
Didn't think I'd miss her, That much
I want to fill this new frame, But its empty

Tried to write a letter, In ink
Its been getting better, I think
I got a piece of paper, But its empty
Its empty

Maybe we're trying, Trying too hard
Maybe we're torn apart, Maybe the timing
Is beating our hearts, We're empty

And I've even wondered, If we
Should be getting under, These sheets
We could lie in this bed, But its empty
Its empty

Maybe we're trying, Trying too hard
Maybe we're torn apart, Maybe the timing
Is beating our hearts, We're empty

Oh oh, Oh oh, Oooooh
Oh oh, Oh oh

Maybe we're trying, Trying too hard
Maybe we're torn apart, Maybe the timing
Is beating our hearts, We're empty

We're empty, We're empty

Or will we end up getting hurt
Is this love a myth
So tell me are you in for this
There's so much more than we can see
More than you
More than me
It takes two to believe!

Maybe it's our first mistake
And baby that's alright
It's crazy how we lost ourselves tonight
Maybe it's our first mistake
And baby that's alright
It's crazy how we lost ourselves tonight
There's a reason why they say that we should give it time
But time is not enough
And that's the reason why when you're young you fall in love

And that's the reason why
When you're young you fall in love [2x]

Late for Work

Four-hour downpour wreak havoc in Klang
Four hours of heavy rains this morning which started at 4am caused flash floods which stranded thousands of motorists living in Klang, causing many to report late for work, especially those working in the capital.
The downpour dumped 68.5mm of rain, causing Sungai Rasau to burst its banks and flood the surrounding areas, including parts of the Federal Highway
