No 1 is no more

Thru this journey we take, our day to day routine at times we are confronted with issues that weigh on your mind, from petty issues what should I eat today to if I should quit my job. My dad always said a quote that I often use time to time " Son, I was sad I had no shoes till I met a man with no feet?"

Tuesday evening my number 1 uncles passed on.. A while back I blogged my uncle slipping into a coma and the debate raging in my mind over home care or house care.

My mum called me to informed me as I was at work, it was not a shock but a resigned face he has finally rested after over 5 months in a coma.

He is number 1, the chief the eldest of them all along which he carried his family and brothers, a quiet man, a humble man, growing up I would never have heard him raise his voice, gave me away, always made it a point to see him once a while especially during Depavali, he would ask how i am, bout my job etc etc.

Even at time ridiculed for being too passive he has his own way, a person someone always looked up to. An "Annai" to every one ..... just not sure what to type... in summary to quote not to compare ... Einstein on Gandhi – “generation to come, people would disbelieve that such a man flesh and blood ever walked on earth”

We lost someone good today!

Time flies....

Time flies it really does..... work work work....... travel... work meeting work and bigger responsibility at work before sun up and after work sun down etc etc has resulted in me not being able to do any blogging.....

Having lost my handphone in Langkawi to a "NOT-SO-WATERPROOF" plastic bag I had a Sony Erickson lol on loan form Svejjen (Thank you Bro) managed to save a little money and killed 2 birds with one stone, Giving "Mami" my number and returning the SE it was the way forward.

My next target after I collect all my hutang

Chilly's

Well for the 1st time I went to this Chilly's well first time to chilly's ever in a long time lol... in my memory... I heard a lot bout it so it was an opportunity to try something in the advent of killing time

Well the view was breath taking spent more of the time admiring the aerial view of it... I used to go there time ot time after work and just have my coffee bean and look at it.

The foodt at Chillly's aint much to shoudl about some nacho and spagetti and finally a molten chocolate was desirable and mouthwatering but was pretty full. The company was excellent and that took my mind off the sood

Rainforest Sport Bar

My Buddy and NST interview accomplice had invited me to come up to Rainforest at Pavillion where he was playing then I came to know Alvin and Vishnu also playing there on other days. In fact I never actually have spent time in Pavillion and it was indeed refreshing. Commie kept me company for a while then Ravi, Aldian and the rest of the Xroad gang showed up

It so happens I know the Operation Manager and this was also in the same group as Bangkok Connection and had a great chat with him.

As usual Mark was in his element and we actually sang a couple of chinese songs privately of course, and they had a wicked way of celebratign birthdays but all in all it was great fun
