Fasting

On an average day during the month of Ramadan, a muslim will wake up at around 5:15 a.m. to eat a small meal before the sun rises at 5:30. This meal is the last they will eat before sunset, which varies with the month during which fasting takes place.

While the fasting of Muslims during Ramadan is quite strict, there are exceptions made for those who are not healthy enough to fast or those who are too young. Many children are not made to fast during the entire month of Ramadan. Some are introduced to the tradition by fasting for a few days of the month.

I would fast a few days and this year would be no exception.

To all my muslim bro and sis Selemat Berpuasa. Jom kita buka puasa
