When someone tries to snatch you

Someone tried to steal sling bag after I parked the car today morning, both my phones clattering across the road as I jerked back on the sling bag that I had, I was not sure how damaged the hp is but the bag had a jerk tear one of the phones got bumped by a bike and it went scratching across the road.
