the simplest way to keep from getting burned

Trust is a fragile thing. Once earned, it affords us tremendous freedom. But once trust is lost, it can be impossible to recover. Of course the truth is, we never know who we can trust. Those we're closest to can betray us, and total strangers can come to our rescue. In the end, most people decide to trust only themselves. It really is the simplest way to keep from getting burned.

yes i agree trust is a fragile thing and it is very important when it comes to friendship.

Again i agree that we will never know who we can trust. I have learned that the hard way. The thing is how do you know when it is a good time to trust a friend by telling him/her that his/her friend is a big liar/imposter to a point to also lie at his/her own blog?

In the end, we just have to trust our friend to make the right decision because the truth will sometimes coz one's friendship.
