We quote version 1 for 9 panels on a price an agreement
Then we quote version 2 for the same panel with further 10% on the price agreement
Then email comes in Dec 21 please quote 2 pcs of one item of the panel. By business laws you use the last price you quoted them.
Now you not happy with them you go a head and quote a list price
Dun blame me when you do not specify which price to put in. You want something done spell it out in black and white
